The past two weeks I have been quite busy working a normal person schedule, (working from 10am till 9pm,) which I had to drive to and I got free dinner. Some days I even worked another show after I left the first job and when I got home I way didn't want to go for a walk, nor did I want to get up early and go for a walk. I didn't even wake up early to go to Weight Watchers.
Yesterday, thanks to our change to daylight savings time I got an extra hour of sleep, managed to get out of my warm bed and trudged down the street to WW. I was kind of downhearted at the idea of weighing in. I lost a tiny bit of weight. (I'll take anything I can get.)

Here is me showing my UCSC pride. I wore knee high socks with my cropped pants because it was cold and I kind of looked like a real runner. kind of.
Now that I am back on a normal for me schedule and I have a reason to exercise. I think I am addicted to my pedometer. My new daily goal is 10,000 steps. I am enjoying trying to best my record. I am getting competitive with myself. I want to get the steps. I want to wear my pedometer. This week I am working somewhere where I can take Bart. So far I have actually walked to Bart and walked home three times. It is kind of awesome. Today, I walked 21,755 steps approx 9.61 miles. I get all these steps because, I work on the third floor of a building. I have to walk up and downstairs a bunch of times before I am done with my work day. Normally I take the elevator half of the trips because it is an option to me. Now I am choosing to take the stairs.
My sister sent me an e-mail with a bunch of possible bridesmaid dresses. There is one that I love, love, love. It's very pretty without being too sexy and it has pockets! I want to wear that dress and be happy with how I look in all the family photos. I am going to print out a picture of it and put it on my mirror so I look at it every day.
This week I am going to eat more fruits and veggies! I am going to track and I am going to walk when I have the option to.
Here is to a fall full of walks!
PS. I got some personal viewer feedback! I don't feel like anyone reads this so feel free to say hi.

This is a special action shot of me getting chased by a giant invisible squirrel (and you get to see the infamous pedometer.)
